Practice
Practice can happen in any moment of the day, no matter what the conditions, if we choose to adopt a mindful awareness in our daily activities.
That Siobhan has been truly living the yogic path is evident in the depth of her teaching. She is grounded, speaks with clarity and authority, and is a caring, community-minded guide. Her yin yoga classes, which emphasize mindfulness practice, led me to a deeper level of stillness — for which I’ll always be very grateful!

Stirring the Soul offers mindfulness-based Yin yoga classes, workshops, and retreats. Sometimes we combine the practice of Yin yoga with our whole foods cleansing programs, and sometimes we just do the practice.
