Your people love who you are. Celebrate that with them.

In the online space I see so much pain happening with women never feeling like they’re doing enough, being enough, earning enough, growing fast enough, shinning bright enough. And it just makes want to say enough with the not feeling worthy. It’s like we forget that we CHOOSE how we want to feel and what we want to think, every single day. And it’s such a disempowering feeling to accept that your conditions or circumstances are less than you truly desire them to be.

When you think about your life, what do you want to be different?
How do you want to feel, not just some of the time, but ALL of the time?
Who do you really want to be, on your own, and in your relationships?
What do you want to be respected, admired and acknowledged for?
What are you denying yourself that you know you deeply want but you won’t give yourself permission to have?
How does it make you feel to deny your power by feeling unworthy of the desires that the Universe has given you?
Where do you keep insisting on the struggle instead of inviting your life to be easy?
How do you want to feel when you let go of the guilt and shame you’ve been carrying because still want more?

Every dream or desire you have is the Universe speaking directly to you.

The Universe is seeking it’s own fulfilment through you in exactly the same way that it does through the sun, the moon and the stars. You are no less deserving of all the money you need to fulfill your every desire, than every tree is deserving of the sunlight + water it needs to thrive. The Universe is designed to give everything and everyone exactly what it needs to fulfill all it’s needs, even as it grows, including YOU.

Name 3 things you would change about your life if you thought you had the power.


Now, notice any back talk that came up as you claimed what you truly desire for yourself.

What does your inner critic have to say about you being powerful and fully deserving of having all your needs and desires fulfilled?

Then take each negative, limiting belief and turn it around it so it’s a positive statement affirming what you truly desire and DESERVE.

An example might be:

Negative limiting belief > No matter what I do, I just can’t make more money without having to work even harder.

Positive affirming belief >  Making money is easy and fun. I love making money with ease.

Now, notice how you feel as you speak each statement out loud. It doesn’t matter if you don’t believe the words you’re saying yet. Your mind does not know the difference between what is real and what is imagined. Which is precisely why you MUST consciously choose what thoughts you think on a habitual basis.

Your thoughts and words literally change the way you feel. And your feelings determine the actions that you take or don’t take.

You get to decide whether you want to feel:

– empowered or disempowered
– confident and strong or weak and unable to support yourself
– stuck or flowing with ease + joy
– clear and creative or confused and indecisive
– loved and accepted or abandoned and rejected
– brilliant and dazzling or dull and boring
– average and unexcited or overflowing with joy, love and adventure
– adored and respected or ignored and overlooked
– celebrated and championed or struggling to be seen and heard

And it all starts with what you chose to focus your thoughts on.
