Yin Yoga and Whole Foods Retreat  Sept. 16-18th

Arrive on Friday at Shanti Yoga Retreat on Wolfe Island in the beautiful Thousand Islands region of southeastern Ontario and unwind with an afternoon yoga practice. Then settle din to enjoy a delicious, fresh, local and organic vegetarian supper. Friday evening after dinner there will be an evening talk on mindful eating, cleansing with whole foods and how to transition to a plant based diet. On Saturday we’ll begin the day with practice followed by brunch. There will be plenty of time to rest, relax, and enjoy the surroundings or take an optional tour of one of the island’s community supported agriculture farms. Saturday afternoon we’ll meet for practice once again, followed dinner and free time on Saturday evening. Sunday we complete our weekend with a peaceful morning yoga practice and brunch. Retreat begins anytime after 2pm on Friday and ends Sunday after brunch. No previous yoga experience is required, just a desire to get away, relax, unwind and eat great food!
